A unique six-course menu immersing guests in the creativity and daring of the Chef through seasonal arrivals and local products from Quebec. The menu is also complemented by six food and wine pairings perfectly executed by our Chef-Sommelier playing on the originality of the wines and pushing the limits of curiosity as far as possible.

This pairing is positioned on the side of scarcity and marvels at recognizing great established wines, as old as young, always rare. Thus, certain great classics before their oblivion; some expensive vintages; some old vintages; some young wines, of course, but how difficult to obtain.
An emotion throughout the dinner! This accord is meant to be a mirror where the passion for wine reflects. Some wines can go beyond reason (time to pair, of course), by dint of ambition, miniature allocation, great rarity, age or stock market.
